What you get
ChapterCash writes a short book from a sentence you provide: six chapters of about 6,000 words, a cover you choose from three drafts, and two files — a print-ready PDF and a reflowable EPUB.
Writing a book and reading the first 2 chapters costs nothing and needs no account. A subscription is what opens the whole book and the downloadable files.
The writing is done by a machine
Every chapter and every cover is generated by an AI model. Nobody reads your book before you do. It may contain mistakes, and you should check anything you intend to rely on or publish.
Some stores require you to say so. Amazon KDP in particular asks you to declare AI-generated content when you list a title. Making that declaration is your responsibility, and failing to make it can cost you the listing.
The book is yours
You own what you make here, including commercially. We claim no rights in your books, and we do not sell them, publish them or use them to train anything.
Credits, and what happens to them
A finished book costs about 33 credits. The $9 plan gives 100 credits a month, which is roughly 3 books. New accounts get 50 credits to start, and those do not expire.
Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Credits held against a book that is still being written when the period turns are not taken away — you will not lose a book you are watching.
If a book fails partway through, the credits for the chapters it did not write are returned automatically.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next payment and stops new credits arriving.
Every book you have already unlocked stays unlocked, and its files stay downloadable. You keep what you paid for.
Refunds
If something we did means you did not get the book you paid for, tell us and we will put it right. Credits consumed by a failed run are returned without asking.
We do not refund a subscription period because the writing was not to your taste — that is what the free preview is for. You see 2 chapters and your cover drafts before any money changes hands.
What you may not use it for
Do not use ChapterCash to produce material that is illegal, that sexualises children, that harasses or defames a real person, that impersonates someone, or that gives medical, legal or financial instruction presented as professional advice.
Requests are screened and refused ones are not charged. Accounts used for the above will be closed.
